It’s a quick but gourmet paleo meal that hits all the right notes with sweet and savory sausage, juicy grapes roasted with shallots, hearty kale, and lightly charred spring onions on top. I like this just as much for breakfast as for lunch or dinner, and as a bonus it’s dairy free and Whole30-compliant.
