Today I’m sharing a quick and delicious fall recipe for chicken apple sausage with kale, spring onions, and roasted grapes right here on my friend Lauren’s site, Wicked Spatula. It’s a quick but gourmet paleo meal that hits all the right notes with sweet and savory sausage, juicy grapes roasted with shallots, hearty kale, and lightly charred spring onions on top. I like this just as much for breakfast as for lunch or dinner, and as a bonus it’s dairy free and Whole30-compliant.
We’re doing a guest post swap, so be sure to check out her paleo chocolate pumpkins muffins here on my site, too! Get the recipe for chicken apple sausage with kale, spring onions, and roasted grapes–>

This link doesn’t work anymore. Where can I find the recipe? Looks delicious.

Looks like the other site has changed hands and taken it down. I’ll put it up here soon but in the meantime I’m emailing it to you :).

This looks delicious! I often buy chicken apple sausages from costco and after eating them on one millions salads I never want to see them again. This preparation looks so much better than my boring salads and makes me want to buy the sausages again now that I have a better idea of how to use them 🙂

Thank you so much, Nora! (Sorry for the long delay in responding–somehow this got into the wrong comments folder :/ ) I hope you try this–it really does bring out the best in the chicken apple sausages!
